The SEA4SHORE Final Conference marked the closing event of the project and presented its main outcomes, including the competency mapping framework, the multilingual awareness platform, and the digital tool developed to support seafarers in identifying suitable shore-based career pathways. The conference also provided an opportunity for partners and stakeholders to reflect on the project results, exchange views on sustainable career transition in the maritime sector, and discuss future use of the project outputs.
